✨Thicker Gravy: If you prefer a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of water added.
FAQs( Frequently Asked Questions)
1. Can I make this dish vegan?
Yes! Replace paneer with tofu and use coconut yogurt instead of curd. Swap fresh cream with cashew paste or coconut cream for a vegan version.
2. How long can I store this?
It stays fresh in the refrigerator for 2-3 days when stored in an airtight container. Reheat it on low heat and add a splash of water to adjust the consistency.
3. Can I use store-bought paneer?
Yes, but homemade paneer is always softer and fresher. If using store-bought paneer, soak it in warm water for 10 minutes before adding it to the gravy.
4. Can I prepare this gravy in advance?
Absolutely! You can prepare the spinach puree and the base masala a day before and store them separately. When ready to serve, reheat and add paneer and cream for a fresh taste.
