🔺1 cup soya granules (drained and soaked)

🔺½ cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)

🔺2 medium-sized mashed boiled potatoes

🔺¼ cup gram flour (besan)

🔺2 tbsp cornflour

🔺2 green chilies (chopped)

🔺1 tsp ginger paste

🔺½ tsp cumin powder

🔺½ tsp coriander powder

🔺½ tsp garam masala

🔺½ tsp red chili powder

🔺Salt, to taste

🔺Oil for frying

For the Gravy :-

🔺2 tbsp oil

🔺2 medium tomatoes (pureed)

🔺1 large onion (finely chopped)

🔺1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

🔺½ tsp turmeric powder

🔺1 tsp coriander powder

🔺1 tsp cumin powder

🔺½ tsp red chili powder

🔺½ tsp garam masala

🔺½ cup fresh cream or cashew paste

🔺½ cup water (adjust as needed)

🔺Salt, to taste

🔺Fresh coriander for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1:

🔺Prepare the Soya Mixture

🔺Soak soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and remove excess water.
